CAINON LEEDS - EDITOR-IN-CHIEF
Cainon Leeds
By Brian Osborn
Contributing Writer
Cainon Leeds is the current editor in chief of the Boone campus Banner. He grew up in Stratford, IA. After he is done with DMACC, he is planning on graduating from ISU with a degree in management info systems. With that degree, he wants to be a business advisor so he can help businesses run more efficiently. He is currently apart of the Banner because he saw some problems and decided to become apart of it and take care of those problems himself. He is hoping that the Banner can have an opinion section so that the people who read can get their opinions out there and have a place to debate. Cainon`s favorite part of the news is the political opinion pieces. He likes them because he likes getting different perspectives on the political system, getting involved, and also likes following the making of policy and the applied use of values in that policy making.
If Cainon was stuck on an island and could only have 3 things with him, they would be; a signal of some sort, a notebook so that he could get his thoughts down and avoid going crazy, and a boat. Cainon`s life motto is, "No one will forget you if you remember to forget yourself."
