Meet Josh!
Josh Stevens, from Sioux City, IA will be working on The Banner staff for the Spring 2013 term. He is currently pursuing a degree in Physical Therapy and wants to transfer to Cornell Univerisity after he is done at DMACC. When Josh grows up he would like to travel and see the world. When asked why he joined The Banner staff Josh stated “It’s Julie’s fault, she guilt tripped me into it.” His favorite part of the paper is the sports page(s) because of his love for them. This semester Josh would like to see a fostering of a sense of community growth come out of The Banner. His philosophy on life is; “Failures are the greatest opportunity to learn.” Josh was asked what three items he would take with him if he was stuck on an island and he responded with a fishing pole and supplies, a Swiss Army knife, and a pure water filter.
